Route Returns is Here!

Route Returns is live! Merchants can manage their entire returns and exchanges program from the Route Merchant Portal, giving complete control and visibility into the entire post-purchase experience. With package protection+free returns at checkout, merchants can give ultimate choice and peace of mind to their shoppers.

Shoppers can now start a return in the same place they file a claim. Protection, tracking, and returns, finally on one platform.
